| January 2009: | EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH - Meth Project spokesperson Christina Anderson made educational presentations to an estimated 7,000 students at twenty-two schools since the Southern Oregon Meth Project began. |

| February 10, 2009: | A community presentation was held at the Rogue River Middle School. Approximately 200 students, parents and community members attended the presentation along with presenters Christina Anderson, Bob Wise, Jackson County Sheriff Mike Winters and Medford Police Deputy Chief Tim George. |

| June 8, 2009: | The project received the prestigious National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation (NABEF) Celebration of Service to America Award National Association of Broadcasters Service to Community Award. Senator Jeff Merkley and Congressman Greg Walden presented the award in Washington, D.C. Patsy Smullin, Bob Wise and Scott Gee attended the ceremony to accept the award. |

| September 18, 2009: | The Oregon Association of Broadcasters awarded the Best Service Project of the Year award to the Project. |
|

|
| October 13, 2009: | A Meth Project forum was held at the Grants Pass High School Performing Arts Center. Nearly 1700 students and faculty attended the morning and afternoon sessions. Approximately 150 community members attended the evening session. Guest speakers included Lincoln County District Attorney, Rob Bovett, Grants Pass Community Prevention Officer, Kevin Blaich and Citizen’s for Safe Schools Executive Director, Debbie Vought. |
